Any unauthorized person representing themselves to be the authorized user of the number will be deemed to have entered into a contract to lease the number.

Terms of contract:

The number may be leased for periods of not more than one calendar month on not more than one occasion per annum.

Lease fee is $30,000 / month plus costs +GST. A deposit of $50,000 is to be cleared not later than 30 days prior to commencement of the month of lease.

Use outside these limits will incur a 100% penalty rate.

To put it in terms even the dumbest can understand: If you lie & claim this is your phone number in any way, for example on a web site, then we will bill you for $60,000. Failure to pay will incur additional legal & recovery costs.
